Automatic Trimming Machines for Air Vents

This machine is designed to automatically trim rubber vent on the tread and shoulder area. The tyres to be processed will enter the machine horizontally and is suitable to be connected with the plant conveying system.

Tyres will be fed to the machine randomly, and as long as the tyre sizes are within the machine range, the machine will trim automatically without any adjustment or operator intervention.

This machine is designed to automatically trim rubber vent on the tread, shoulder area and also the sidewalls. The tyres to be processed will enter the machine horizontally and is suitable to be connected with the plant conveying system.

This machine could use tyre recognition system or barcode detection system to enable recipe controlled of each tyre trimming. With this, the machine can be use to trim also the sidewalls and is very suitable to process winter tyres.

Matteuzzi Trimmer V-4500

The TRIMMER V-4500 is designed to trim truck and light truck tyres, in order to remove the rubber vent flashes from the tread, shoulders and sidewalls and the circumferential flashes from the sidewalls.

This machine could use tyre recognition system or barcode detection system to enable recipe controlled of each tyre trimming. With this, the machine can be use to trim also the sidewalls.

The machine also comes with a visual inspection area to facilitate tyre inspection after trimming.
