The machine is designed to remove small quantities of rubber from tyre tread (GRINDING), using a tool that operates on the tyre surface while the tyre is inflated and rotating.
The grinding machine reduces the tyre Radial Run Out value and saves tyres that would be rejected.
The machine allows to grind any tyre profile geomery with one grinding too, therefore there no need to change different grinding tool for different tyre profile. In addition to that, with programable recipe controlled grinding control, the machine could grind at any specific area and position, depending on the tyre design

This in-line grinding machine enables “Hands-off” solution for integration into automated production line.

By using the barcode detection system, the machine could have an interface to communicate with the plant database, and load the griding recipe automatically, and tyres can enter and leave the machine in horizontal oreintation.
