Automatic White Side Wall Grinding Machine

The machine is designed to uncover the white compound beneath the rubber surface onto one tyre sidewall.

Depending on production requirements, the machine is suitable for uncovering either the plain tyre surface (white strip) or the lettering. The process is carried out by removing small quantities of rubber from the tyre sidewall, using two tools that operate on the tyre sidewall while the tyre is inflated and rotating.

The machine is designed to be automatically fed by a system properly connected to the infeed roller bench.
